Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Aflux (“Aflux”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at aflux.ai, the Aflux console at console.aflux.ai, and our API (together, the “Service”).

Aflux is a platform that helps brands run advertising campaigns in Telegram channels. This Policy covers visitors of our website and registered users of the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your email address and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form — we never store or see them in plain text.

Payment information

  • Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number; we receive only confirmation of payment and limited billing details (such as the last digits of the card and transaction status).
  • Cryptocurrency payments (including TON): we record the wallet address you pay from and the transaction identifier, as these are necessary to match the payment to your account. Note that blockchain transactions are public by design and outside our control.

Campaign and usage data

To provide the Service, we store the content you create and the activity it generates: campaign briefs, budgets, ad copy and creatives, placement details, performance metrics, and API keys issued to your account.

Technical data

When you use the Service, we automatically collect standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and server logs. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 4.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health data, political views, or government identifiers), and we ask that you do not submit it through the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide and operate the Service — run your campaigns, show analytics, process API requests;
  • process payments and maintain billing records;
  • respond to your requests and provide support;
  • secure the Service — detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
  • improve the Service and develop new features;
  • send you service-related messages (such as billing notices, security alerts, and changes to the Service or this Policy).

We do not use your campaign data to advertise to you, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only in these cases:

  • Service providers. Companies that help us run the Service — hosting, infrastructure, and payment processing — receive the information they need to perform their function, and only for that purpose.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or a valid governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Aflux, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Aflux is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or in how your information is handled.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. These are necessary for the Service to function. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on the Service.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may prevent parts of the Service from working.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep it to comply with legal obligations (such as accounting and tax records), resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and restricting access to personal information to those who need it to operate the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work to protect your data and will inform you in the event of a breach affecting your account, as required by applicable law.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

  • Access and update your account information in the console;
  • Delete your account — contact us and we will close your account and delete your personal information as described in Section 5;
  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Opt out of non-essential emails — service-related messages (billing, security) will still be sent while your account is active.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 10. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection laws; we will honor valid requests in accordance with applicable law.

8. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. The “Effective date” at the top shows when this Policy was last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
